- Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Avoid misleading statements or false promises
- Respect buyer confidentiality
Harassment, abuse, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
8. Transactions & Payments
Sellers must:
- Use approved payment and transaction methods
- Avoid requesting off-platform payments
- Follow Safe Order procedures
- Cooperate in dispute resolution
Violating transaction rules may lead to immediate account suspension.
9. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Sellers are responsible for complying with:
- Export regulations
- Product safety standards
- Environmental regulations
- Trade sanctions and embargoes
- Tax and reporting obligations
Failure to comply may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Prohibited Activities
Sellers must not:
- Sell counterfeit or illegal products
- Misrepresent product origin or certification
- Circumvent Industralink systems
- Engage in fraud, scams, or bribery
- Share buyer data without authorization
11. Suspension & Termination
Industralink reserves the right to:
- Suspend listings or accounts
- Terminate seller access
- Withhold payments during investigations
- Report illegal activities to authorities
Actions may be taken without prior notice in serious cases.
